The 5G iPod's ability to play video is awesome but for most people, getting the video on to the unit is a pain in the rear. If you're not a computer expert, you're pretty much limited to buying shows on iTunes which can get expensive. Now iLuv has released the iLuv i180 video recorder which will make it simple to get TV shows and movies on your iPod.

Record your precious memories directly into your iPod from a camcorder, TV, or other video sources
4 different recording time settings: 30min, 60min, 120min, 180min
Enable to set video recording quality, (512kbps / 768kbps / 1M / 1.5M)
Charges your iPod while in the dock
Supports AV input and S-Video input
LED indicators for current operating status
Easy-to-install and easy-to-use design
Fifth generation iPod (30GB 60GB) private video recorder

Update: According to Mason Johnson, the iLuv i180 is discontinued.  I went to the iLuv web site and they removed the i180 page and there's no mention of it.  I guess the Neuros video recorder will remain one of the only video recording solutions for the iPod and PSP for now.

Hi Mason. Thanks for letting me know about this! I can't believe they discontinued the product. I wonder why they cancelled it? Did they say why?

Hi Mason! That's odd that they put it back up. I wonder if they were getting any pressure from Apple to not produce the product. If you find out anything, please let me know.
    Have a great week!
