But who hasn't posed in a mirror admiring themselves at one time or another? OK, maybe most of us would have the modesty not to do it in public...
Big Wreck first caught my ear with their debut CD but after they parted ways with lead singer, Ian Thornley, I never thought they would reunite. I was so happy to hear that their new CD will be released in just over a week! Here's the video for their new single, "Albatross". If the rest of the CD is as good as the single, it might be my CD of the year.
Since I almost never go to the movies, I hadn't even heard about Disney Pixar's upcoming movie, Brave. It looks great so far!

For all of us who missed this fight, HDNet has just posted Fedor Emilianenko's last fight. While the outcome is fairly predictable, it's interesting to see how the most highly regarded heavyweight in MMA history is choosing to end his career. Sure he's had his opportunities to come to the UFC to fight the youngest and best in the world but due to whatever management obstacles we'll never see him fight the likes of Cain Velasquez or Junior Dos Santos. Most likely Fedor will end his career fighting lesser known fighters who are still intimidated by the "aura". Too bad because I wish Fedor could've been the one to retire Brock Lesnar but now we'll never know. Source - MMAJunkie.com
Adam Lambert and Kris Allen singing with Queen on American Idol
At first I was appalled at the news that an American Idol kid would get a chance to front one of classic Rock's greatest bands but after thinking about it for a while, it's not that bad. If I could think of one single other person that would be better than Lambert it might be different but what the heck, the guys in Queen are bordering on fossils so Adam Lambert with Queen is better than no Queen at all. Of course Adam is denying these rumors. Could he be covering for a big press release?
So at this time the answer is no. No Adam Lambert with Queen. But I wouldn't be surprised if the tour started before the end of this year.
When I saw this video, I thought it was going to be the same double KO that has been mentioned a million times but instead both of these fighters get knocked out when the ring door pops open and they hit the concrete floor. A rematch is will be scheduled but I'm sure this is embarrassing for both fighters and the promotion.
Joe Frazier was one of the best boxers to ever live but very few can survive the fight against cancer which took his life yesterday.
GTA V has finally been confirmed but don't get your wallet out yet, we may not see it until 2013. I'm excited because this is the franchise that made me buy my first game system, the Sony PS2 many years ago.
Now this is what rock used to be about, great vocals, great songs, harmony guitar solos and a ton of attitude. This still holds up for me today even though Phil Lynott and Gary Moore have since passed on.
