If you're not familiar with Zappos, they're probably the biggest online seller of shoes and for good reason. They have great customer service and make everything including returns as easy as possible! Now that Amazon owns them, I'm not sure if anything will change, at least for a while.

Source - The Consumerist

I don't know about you but when it happened, I didn't think it was this severe. Michael's hair was burned right down to his skin probably causing at least 3rd degree burns. Imagine as a young man in the biggest time in your career and not only losing your hair forever but sustaining burns that would be painful for at least a year if not for the rest of your life. If that wouldn't be mentally damaging for a normal civilian, what about the most famous performer of the time? After seeing the pictures, I have a new understanding and incredible sorrow for the late singer's plight.

Click here to watch the Michael Jackson accident on the Pepsi commercial set at US Weekly

OK, I've never had enough money to stash in a normal bank account, much less to try and hide in another country but anyone who grew up in the 80's and 90's have heard of Swiss bank accounts in tons of movies. That was where rich guys would hide money from the government, their businesses or wives. Now it looks like the Swiss bank UBS will be releasing names of Americans who might be hiding money to the IRS. (source - The Consumerist)
If you can't afford to have kids, don't have them. Seems like a simple rule doesn't it but mother of octuplets, Nadya Suleman is about to get evicted from her house. OK, enough judgment. If you're feeling generous, help Nadya and her mom by donating at their official website.

I'm sure most people won't care about this except for the Disney purists.

From MSNBC: The ride's dolls from around the world are now joined by 29 characters from Disney and Disney-Pixar cartoons. Alice and the White Rabbit from "Alice in Wonderland" are hanging out in Great Britain, Woody and Jessie from "Toy Story" appear in a new Spirit of America scene, and Donald Duck from "The Three Caballeros" has a spot in South America.

If you're going to have house plants, why not get ones that not only look good but filter the air? NASA already did the study, all you have to do is go out and buy.

Click here to read the list of air filtering plants at Treehugger
