Synopsis : From the WB Odd Man Out Website : Andrew (Erik von Detten) is living any man's dream. He's the only male in a house he shares with five beautiful women in
South Beach, Florida. Unfortunately for Andrew, these women are his mom, his aunt, and his three sisters. In his 15 years of life, he's never had a correct opinion, a private
phone conversation or a hot shower.
Review : This show, aimed at the youth market was written by the team of Ed Decter and John J. Strauss, the
co-writers of "There's Something About Mary". When I watched this show, I felt that this was a Ladies Man for
the teen crowd. There are a lot of good looking young kids that are sure to be popular among the junior high and high school crowds. So, we have a basic plot of young guy among a household of women. Expect the general, "men are idiots" and "men
are always wrong, horny or both" jokes. As I watched the first two shows, I found the writing to be above average and I think it hits its target audience. Teens, tune in.
Adults, if you like this premise, you may enjoy Ladies Man more and if you don't like the premise... well, there's always 60 minutes.
